Speaking Engagements

Arrowhead blueprint. Joshua Komolafe.jpg

Joshua has been speaking publicly for over fifteen years; engaging with different cultures; via different platforms and in various settings. Having realised that people best assimilate information by seeing (Visual learners), hearing (Auditory learners), or doing (Kinaesthetic learners), he ensures that his content is creatively constructed, in an engagingly memorable manner. Such that, the different learning types are accounted for. After hearing Joshua speak, there is usually something life changing that everyone can hold on to and apply to their lives directly.

Joshua's heart for leadership, branding, public speaking and purpose lie at the core of his talks.

Joshua believes in people and their ability to outperform the mental barriers they place on themselves. Joshua is a push motivator. Should you choose to work with him, you will be activated for the next phase of your life’s journey.

"I was usually a culprit of having low attention span whilst at school, I vowed to always ensure that my delivery is never too static and is as engaging for an online audience as it would be a live one. I also ensure the audience are captivated from the beginning with the aid of metaphorical analogies. In a world where nothing is new, I am able to combine several useful techniques to pass across the message at hand.”

As Yehuda Berg put it, "Words are singularly the most powerful force available to humanity. We can choose to use this force constructively with words of encouragement...Words have energy and power with the ability to help, to heal, to hinder, to hurt, to harm, to humiliate and to humble."

"I choose to use my words positively. I choose to liberate. I choose to empower. I choose to ignite."

We would like to thank you on behalf of the members of staff and pupils of the academy for the two sessions you did. Both year 9 and 10 pupils were inspired with lessons that will remain with them for the rest of their lives.

On behalf of the student leadership team, we would also like to say thank you for the sessions. What you have done is helping us as a school to move closer to what we are all trying to achieve. Our school structures itself around 3 values: respect, aspiration and hard work, which you have been able to reinforce the pupils with. We’ve had a lot of positive feedback to the sessions. Thank you again, Joshua, for your time and input.
