These are open ended questions which are meant to aid the process of getting to know a potential spouse better. These questions cover different aspects of life, including: Health, Finances, Spirituality, Personal Values, Career & Personal Development etc.

The aim of these questions is not to condemn or make either party feel like they are incompatible. The purpose of the questions is to enlighten on topics easily missed, which usually cause issues in marriage.

Different responses don't always indicate incompatibility. If anything, they highlight our uniqueness as human beings, and the different factors that might have influenced our lives. If either of you finds that there are more unsatisfactory responses than you can handle, we suggest seeking Godly advice and counselling before you take the relationship any further.

Whilst we haven't been married for long, we didn't realise how beneficial and important the questions we asked each other before marriage were; and how the responses set a tone for our marriage, with respect to: decision making, direction & alignment, and expectations.

There were still many surprises, despite all our questions, but we are both grateful for the manner in which our questions and responses helped us navigate the many surprises we've encountered... and keep encountering LOL!
